We Need Crew.

The stop was one of 31 venues Stefano is travelling to during a 31 mile cycle-ride to raise money for mental healthcare support for live crew workers.

The O2 Empire in Shepherd’s Bush, west London, has been showing live events for almost 120 years, having been built as a music hall built in 1903. It was designed by designed by the noted theatre architect Frank Matcham. In collaboration with We Make Events, We Need Crew aims to raise money for crew workers affected by the downturn in live events industry.

The exterior doors and booking hall windows have recently been decorated in a mural by Arlo Parks in aid of Women’s History Month.
