During an overnight stay in the English seaside resort of Bournemouth, I was able to capture some nice images of a lone hydrofoil surfer during the morning sun. Hydrofoil surfboards have a carbon fibre wing underneath which harnesses energy from a wave or swell, lifting the board out of the water and giving a strange appearance of appearing to float over the surface of the sea.
